Pre-departure Preparation - Vaccination (Part 2)

As a preparation for my next big trip, two weeks ago I got 2 vaccinations. Read here for the story.

Last night, I came back to the clinic for more vaccinations. I was thinking of getting the vaccine for tick borne encephalitis, but apparently it was too exotic to have it on a small clinic. I was recommended to go to a specialized travel clinic as they most likely would have it.

I then asked to get Typhoid and Hepatitis B vaccinations instead. I knew that it's already late for Hepatitis B vaccination, as it should be administered 3 doses: first dose now, second dose a month later, and final dose six months later.

So the doctor gave me one jab on my left arm for the Hepatitis B vaccination and one jab on my right arm for the Typhoid vaccination. And it sting like hell. Okay, I might exaggerate a bit here, but seriously it kinda hurt. Last time my arms were sore for a week, and I think this time won't be any different.

UPDATE: it wasn't as sore as before, this time it was only sore for 1 day!

I also requested some medicine for traveling, like for diarrhea, allergy, rashes, etc. But I forgot to tell the doctor that I would be traveling for 3 months so I was only given 10 tablets for each medicine, in which I will have to take it 3 times a day. I'll probably get more stocks later on my next visit for my second dose of Hepatitis B vaccination.
